ShoreTel Voice Switches

ShoreTel voice switches are also know as ShoreGear voice switches.  Each appliance acts as an embedded plug-and-play system that can manage a network of IP phones, analog/digital trunks, and automatically routes calls from one contact point to another.  Anywhere inside or outside of your network, instantly.

ShoreTel is Brilliantly Simple to Install, Manage, Use and Scale Up
Designed as the ultimate solution for Pure IP communication, ShoreTel phone systems offer a number of unique benefits to organizations that implement it. The ShoreTel appliances are built for reliable and redundant IP solutions and end-users love the flexibility and natural intuitive use.

A Complete All-In-One Solution
When you have ShoreTel phone’s installed by LCA Systems, you are creating an environment where the power of unified communications can be used to save money, save time, and measurably improve your responsiveness to customers and clients.

Easy to Deploy, Scale & Grow VoIP
ShoreTel also lives up to its tag line of “Beautifully Simple” in a number of ways. For businesses that want their internal IT/Communications staff to maintain and work on the system, a simple four hour online training session will teach an administrator, just about everything they need to know about configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting basic uses of the system.

Unmatched Reporting Systems
Reporting systems make it simple and easy for administrators to have all critical system usage information available at any time. Adding new users, setting up voice mail, configuring Direct Inward Dials (DID) and other common functions are all performed through the ShoreWare Director, and usually can be accomplished within as little as 3 easy steps.

Why Choose ShoreTel for Unified Communications
ShoreTel systems are so simple, once you try a system, there is no going back. This is especially true for the mobility product as well. Not just the benefits of integrating mobile with IP phone systems, but also the major cost reduction from using WIFI whenever possible.

Whenever a move, addition, or change is needed, almost everything can be performed through the ShoreWave Director server. All the phone systems power exists in the ShoreGear appliances, but the application server is able to take care of other processes such as voice mail, automatic call directory, auto-attendant, monitoring and so on. Each site and each switch has the same system, duplicated and distributed across the network. When a trunk goes down, or there is an issue with the network, various failback mechanisms will keep things running. This will give the support team at LCA Systems sufficient time to perform any maintenance necessary, while users of the system continue working unaffected.
