ShoreTel Salesforce.com Call Center Adapter 4.0.1 Now Generally Available

ShoreTel Professional Services is pleased to announce that ShoreTel Salesforce.comTM Call Center Adapter Version 4.0.1 is now Generally Available.

The new version is built with Salesforce CTI Framework 4.0 and supports Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.5, Safari 4, and Chrome 10.0 or higher without the need of any browser plug-in. It and also supports configuration of secure HTTPS communications via standard Web technologies.
